01 — About

Engineer turned product leader turned founder.

I'm Sphoorti Patil — my name means "inspiration" in Sanskrit, and I've made it my mandate. After nearly two decades building at scale — from enterprise cloud platforms at AWS to retail tech at Best Buy to Azure IoT and Digital Twin platforms at Microsoft — I stepped out to build what industries have been too comfortable to rethink.

Through KleosLab.ai, I'm using AI to disrupt entrenched systems — starting with Kleos, an AI-powered referral network that replaces broken loyalty programs with real word-of-mouth, and Olive Resolve, which turns negative reviews into resolved outcomes using sentiment analysis.

I believe in deep work as a competitive advantage, in building with conviction over consensus, and in using AI to force industries forward. I'm a mother of two, a lifelong student of kaizen, and a relentless shipper.
