This is me
For those who don't know me, I'm a daydreamer. My father is my inspiration for endless idea churning machine. He's the one who taught me the concept of 'Kaizen'. I not only use Kaizen in my corporate strategies, but also use the same principles in my personal life as well. Whereas my mother has kept both of us grounded, basically a pragmatic Product manager. I wish I had siblings to brainstorm my ideas and thoughts, but my cousins and friends did a good job than I expected

Most of the credit to my success goes to the incredible support I received from my managers and peers. But after a certain stage in your life, you require more seasoned and experienced mentors and coaches in life who can not guide you in the right direction but also can take you along with them. I believe, the only way to repay the help that you received during my career and life, is to do the same service to others. As part of this belief, I offer mentorship for newly graduated interns to set their first foot in the corporate and guide them to set themselves in the path of growth. I take special interests in mentoring women, LGBTQ, and women of color in mentoring them to build strong leadership skills to drive their growth towards their set dreams.
